All 42 competitive events offered in high school TSA, in the 8 categories TSA groups them under. This is the whole catalogue, not a list of what our chapter enters.

STEM Mass Media
2026-27A news broadcast on right-handedness and human evolution
Produce a news broadcast from a supplied science headline: introduce the story, summarise the research, and explain what it may lead to.
The official rules
The summaries above are ours, written to help you choose. They are not the rules. Every event has a published guide with the requirements, the deadlines and the scoring rubric, and that guide is the only thing judges score against. Read it before you commit to an event.
Event names, categories and theme titles are TSA’s. DSTEM TSA is a student chapter and is not speaking for national TSA.
